Workflow

Mindset

In Oryon, we strive to follow an Agile Methodology.

With that said, this means introducing somewhat rigid approaches like Scrum or Kanban. While there is value in them, it often leads to spending too much time on "bureaucratic" tasks, stealing time from progressing to the real goal: delivering high-quality software.

Process

To achieve a fast and adaptable workflow, our Product Managers are constantly reviewing and collaborating with our Stakeholders to identify changes and improvements. These changes will then be recorded in our Backlog to be analyzed by our Software Architects and discussed with the Product Managers to reach an implementable solution. This solution is then passed to our Developers to be implemented.

After implementation, these changed will then be deployed to our development environment, through our pipelines in order to be reviewed by both our Software Architects and Product Managers. After every check is completed, it will then be deployed to our Production environment, to reach our end user. This release should be done frequently, ideally every couple of weeks.
